Joint Effort Physical Therapy

Tim Racine, PTA

Tim completed his Bachelors in Movement Science with a Sports Medicine concentration in 2011 from Westfield State University. After graduating, Tim earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Bay State College in 2013. As a former football player at Westfield State, Tim understands the importance of rehabilitation and physical therapy to return to a normal, healthy lifestyle.

Tim has experience working with patients of all skill levels within the outpatient Physical Therapy setting and previously as a personal trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Because of his personal experiences as a throwing athlete, Tim has a strong clinical interest in shoulder dysfunction and post-surgical recovery. He frequently attends courses from local physicians to expand his knowledge of innovative treatments and improve post-surgical outcomes.

Outside of work Tim has become an avid runner, participating in multiple marathons to improve his mental and physical health. Tim also enjoys saltwater fishing, motorcycle rides, skiing and spending time with his dog.
